The Collegiate Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on April 23, 2018, having regard to the provisions of Article 22 of Resolution No. 3,919 of November 25, 2010, and Article 10, item VI, of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964,
R E S O L V E:
Art. 1 The summary of Circular No. 3,512 of November 25, 2010, shall be amended as follows:
“Disciplines the remittance of information regarding the collection of fees from clients and users to the Central Bank of Brazil.” (NR)
Art. 2 The following are repealed:
I - Article 1 of Circular No. 3,512 of 2010; and
II - Circular No. 3,549 of July 18, 2011.
Art. 3 This Circular enters into force on June 1, 2018.
