R E S O L V E S:

Article 1. The Regulation annexed to Circular No. 3,913 of September 5, 2018, shall henceforth be in effect with the following alteration:

“Article 17. Users are subject to reimbursing the Central Bank of Brazil for the costs associated with the use of Sisbacen, as defined in specific regulation established by the Department of Information Technology.

Article 2. The following are revoked:

I - the sole paragraph of Article 23 of the Regulation annexed to Circular No. 3,913 of 2018; and

II - the Annex to the Regulation of the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen), published by Circular No. 3,913 of 2018.

Article 3. This Circular enters into force on the date of its publication.
