Circular No. 6 of 2025 Valuation of CDS Eligible Listed GDS

All Collective Investment Schemes must use GIS Revaluation Rates disseminated by the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited to value CDS Eligible Government of Pakistan Ijarah Sukuk listed on the exchange. This valuation requirement applies with immediate effect under the authority of Section 282B(3) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 and Regulation 66(1) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008.
