Circular No. 87/2013/TT-BTC on Electronic Transactions on the Securities Market
The Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 87/2013/TT-BTC to prescribe the principles and procedures for organizing online transactions and electronic information exchange across the securities market. The regulation governs public securities offerings, depository, listing, registration, trading, and mandatory information disclosure activities. It took effect on August 15, 2013, and replaced the prior guidance established by Circular No. 50/2009/TT-BTC.
