Circular No. 96/1/3/13725: Inclusion of Engineering and Architectural Consulting Sector in Medium-Term Lending Instructions
The Central Bank of Jordan amends Instruction No. (2011/54) to include the engineering and architectural consulting sector within the scope of medium-term lending instructions for licensed banks. This directive, issued by Governor Dr. Ziad Fariz, becomes effective on September 20, 2017. The change requires licensed banks to consider this sector eligible for medium-term financing under the existing regulatory framework.
