This circular revokes and declares invalid Circular Number 24/SEOJK.05/2015, which previously mandated specific valuations for debt security investments and adjustments to risk-based minimum capital for insurance and reinsurance companies. The revocation is based on the stabilization of global financial conditions and positive economic indicators in Indonesia, including the strengthening of the rupiah, stable interest rates, and improving stock market trends. Consequently, insurance and reinsurance companies are no longer required to apply the solvability calculation adjustments outlined in the revoked circular.

c. The Country Rate for Indonesia has continued to strengthen and stabilize since October 2015.
d. The Composite Stock Price Index has increased since October 2015 and continues to show an upward trend.
That based on the conditions and developments as referred to in item 3, the global financial conditions have now shown fair values for the debt security investment market.
That based on item 4, the establishment of the valuation of debt security investments to reflect fair value and the adjustment of risk-based minimum capital taken into account in the solvency ratio calculation as required in Circular Number 24/SEOJK.05/2015 as the basis for insurance companies and reinsurance companies to perform calculations on their held debt securities and the adjustment of risk-based minimum capital taken into account in the solvency ratio calculation needs to be revoked.
