We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the following resolutions:

• Replace points 4.1.7. and 4.3.6. of Chapter II of Circular ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN OTHER REGULATIONS - RUNOR - 1 (Communication "A" 90) with those attached in annexes.
• Incorporate point 4.3.9. (List of decentralized entities and non-financial public companies) according to the detail provided in the corresponding annex pages.
• Create the complementary information:
  Formula 3829 A - (Loans and deposits of the Social Security System and Municipalities) Formula 3829 B - (Detail of loans and deposits of non-financial public companies) and Formula 3829 C - (Detail of loans and deposits of provincial governments). The models and instructions are incorporated as points 4.3.10., 4.3.11. and 4.3.12., respectively.

It should be noted that the first information to be provided under the new regulation will correspond to balances as of 31.12.82 and must be in possession of this Bank no later than the 31st of the current month.

4.1.1.16. Province of Tucumán:

• City of San Miguel de Tucumán

Notwithstanding, and with the purpose of eliminating impediments that may reduce the agility of the development of this information regime, interested entities are authorized to consolidate in one formula the data corresponding to several of their branches - only in the case that they belong to the same locality - for which they must communicate to this Bank from which date and through which of their offices they put into practice the mentioned measure.

4.1.2. Method of sending to the Central Bank.
The offices included in the previous point must send the information directly to the Central Bank (Monetary Statistics Department) by the fastest available route (by hand, air or land, as the case may be).

4.1.3. Deadline for sending.
The formulas corresponding to banking offices installed in the Federal Capital and districts of the Province of Buenos Aires mentioned in point 4.1.1.2.1. must reach the Central Bank within two business days following the dates of each information. Those prepared by offices operating in other cities must reach this Institution within three business days following the aforementioned dates.

4.1.4. Information dates and amounts.
Balances must be reported in millions of pesos and correspond to the closing of operations on the 7th, 15th, 23rd and last day of each month. When any of those dates coincides with a national or local holiday, the reporting office must record the balances of the immediately preceding business day.

4.1.5. Provision of formulas.
Agencies, branches and delegations will request them with due advance from their respective head offices or parent companies. These will request them from the General Secretariat Department - Distribution Division of the Central Bank, which supplies them free of charge.

4.1.6. Application of sanctions in case of submission of information to the Central Bank outside the established deadlines.
This weekly information is included within the regime referred to in point 1. of this Chapter.

Notwithstanding, the Central Bank takes into account delays attributable to the mail, for which reason subsidiaries that, having to rely on that means, have prepared and dispatched formula 6 by the fastest route on the first business day following the reported date, will not be subject to sanctions.

4.3. Formula 3829.
4.3.1. Entities that must integrate it.
Banks and savings banks, financial companies, credit unions and savings and loan societies for housing or other real estate.

4.3.2. Deadline for sending.
The entities included in the previous point must send the information directly to the Central Bank (Monetary Statistics Department) within the same deadline established for the receipt of the monthly Balance Sheet (formula 3826).

4.3.3. Information date and amounts.
This formula must be integrated with figures -expressed in millions of pesos- referring to the closing of operations on the last day of each month. The amount of the concepts to be reported must coincide with their respective equivalent declared in the monthly Balance Sheet on the same date, according to the groupings detailed in point 4.3.7.

4.3.4. Provision of formulas.
The head offices or parent companies of each entity must request them with due advance from the Central Bank, General Secretariat Department - Distribution Division, which supplies them free of charge.

4.3.5. Application of sanctions in case of submission of information to the Central Bank
outside the established deadlines.
Formula 3829 is included within the regime provided for in point 1. of the present
Chapter.

4.3.6. Indications on some concepts to be taken into account for the integration of the formula.
A. For the classification of "Loans" and "Deposits" operations linked with the Non-Financial Public Sector (Capitals), from the institutional level point of view, financial entities must take into account the following considerations:
4.3.6.A.l. Government.
4.3.6.A.1.1. National
4.3.6.A.1.1.1. Central Administration
The ministries, entities, offices and other organisms dependent on the National Government must be included. "Special Accounts", "Social Security System" (Codes 9810, 9821, 9830 of formula 3829 A), workshops, printing presses and other companies that

RUNOR - 1 provide services in a total or principal manner to the same Government or that do not sell their services primarily to the market. Relevant non-profit institutions and regional representations of the National Government will also be incorporated. Excluded from this level are the administrative units included in the next point.

4.3.6.A.1.1.2. Decentralized entities. Only the entities indicated in point 4.3.9.1. must be included.

4.3.6.A.1.2. Provincial
The ministries, entities, offices and other organisms dependent on provincial governments must be included. The respective "Social Security Systems" (Code 9822 of formula 3829 A), workshops, printing presses and other companies that provide services in a total or principal manner to the same governmental level or that do not sell their services in a principal manner to the market will also be included. Relevant non-profit institutions and regional representations of provincial governments will also be incorporated.

4.3.6.A.1.3. Municipal
Entities, offices and other organisms dependent on municipalities must be included. Workshops, printing presses and other companies that provide services in a total or principal manner to the same governmental level or that do not sell their services in a principal manner to the market will also be included. Relevant non-profit institutions will also be incorporated.

4.3.6.A.2. Companies and other public entities 4.3.6.A.2.1. National Only the companies and entities indicated in the point 4.3.9.2.1. "National and plurinational" must be included.

4.3.6.A.2.2. Provincial
Only the companies and entities indicated in the point 4.3.9.2.2. "Provincial" must be included.

4.3.6.A.2.3. Municipal
Only the companies and entities indicated in the point 4.3.9.2.3. "Municipal" must be included.

4.3.6.A.3. Mixed companies. Only the companies indicated in the point 4.3.9.2.5 "Mixed companies" must be included.

4.3.6.A.4. Intergovernmental corporations
Only the corporations indicated in point 4.3.9.2.4.
"Intergovernmental corporations" must be included.

4.3.6.A.5. Any detected change that may affect the lists of non-financial public entities, must be reported to the Central Bank of the Republic Argentina.

B. Mortgage loans for housing of the non-financial private sector (Capitals) must be understood as those intended to finance housing units granted to natural persons or to companies, societies and institutions with such purpose. Within this concept, loans granted with mortgage liens with the following destinations must be considered as such: - For the construction and subsequent sale of aggregated, individual or collective housing, whether urban or rural.

• Acquisition, construction, expansion, reform, renovation of housing for own use or
  rental with housing character.
• Acquisition of plots on which buildings will be built, payment of the price balance or the
  cancellation of liens originated in their purchase, if they had already been acquired by the applicant.
• The substitution of mortgages that encumber the applicant's own-use housing and that are
  originated in the acquisition, construction or expansion of said property, always that the lien is in execution.
• Renovations that are indispensable for the realization of the planned expansions.
