Circular on Regulatory Reporting by AIFs

All Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) must submit quarterly activity reports to SEBI within 10 calendar days of each quarter's end using revised formats in Annexure I. Category III AIFs are additionally required to report leverage undertaken quarterly via the same revised formats in Annexure II. These reports must be submitted online through the SEBI intermediary Portal.
