Circular on Submission of Beneficial Ownership Information of Trusts
The Malta Financial Services Authority requires trustees authorized under the Trusts and Trustees Act to submit beneficial ownership information using an interim Excel form available on its website. Trustees must email a scanned signed form to trustsboregister@mfsa.com.mt and deliver the original signed form in a sealed envelope to the Conduct Supervisory Unit. This procedure applies until the Authority launches its online submission system.
