This communication repeals Section 5 of the consolidated text on Other Services and Activities Provided by Regulated Entities, effective December 1, 2024, specifically removing provisions related to the refinancing of installments for clients who are employers covered by the Productive Recovery Program II. Concurrently, it introduces a new Section 5, establishing requirements for financial entities, non-financial credit and/or purchase card issuers, other non-financial credit providers, exchange operators, and non-bank collection companies regarding public attention and services. These entities must ensure that appointment systems for in-person services are clearly advertised, easily accessible online, and provide appointments within 3 business days. Additionally, they must prioritize in-person service without an appointment for individuals with disabilities or reduced mobility, and for those collecting pension or social security benefits.
