Intermediary Institutions, Issuers, and Offerors SUBJECT: Guidelines on item 7.2 of Annex III of CVM Instruction No. 400/03.

Dear Director,

1. This Circular-Order aims to provide guidance on the information to be presented in compliance with item 7.2 of Annex III (Prospectus) of CVM Instruction No. 400/03.

2. Item 7.2 deals with information regarding the third guarantor or the recipient of the resources, and makes references to various items of the reference form (the content of which is described in Annex 24 of CVM Instruction No. 480/09).

3. The content of the reference form was modified by CVM Instruction No. 552, of October 9, 2014, without item 7.2 of Annex III of CVM Instruction No. 400/03 undergoing the necessary changes, which will occur opportunistically.

4. Thus, while the due modifications are not made to CVM Instruction No. 400/03 to reflect the changes arising from CVM Instruction No. 552/14, the items of the reference form that must be presented in accordance with item 7.2 of Annex III are the following: 3.7, 6.1 to 6.3, 7.1, 8.3, 12.1, 12.5, 13.2, 15.1, 15.4, 15.7, 15.8, 16.2, 17.1, and 18.5.
