Adjustments ___________________________________________________________________________ We address you to provide the consolidated text corresponding to Section 48 of “Submission of Information to the Central Bank”, based on the provisions disclosed through Communication A 8308. In this regard, the following modifications are highlighted:

• Requirement code 4 is established for the submission of monthly information as a result of the change in data transmission frequency. Starting from July 2025, requirement code 1 (quarterly frequency) is rendered invalid, except for rectifications of periods prior to the effective date of this communication.
• The following items are incorporated into TABLE I:
  351100/M - Credit card financing – Minimum payment.
  351200/M - Credit card financing - Balance exceeding minimum payment.
  351300/M - Others.
• Adjustment of the general instructions, record design, and validation controls related to the change in information periodicity.
  Given that the incorporated modifications will be effective starting from information corresponding to July 2025, the deadline for submitting this period will operate on the same day as established for August 2025 information.

48.1. General Instructions
48.1.1. The information to be submitted will be recorded in a file named “RILIQUIDEZ.TXT” according to the record design inserted in point 48.3. and the instructions provided in the following points. The aforementioned file must be sent by accessing the Internet site (https://www3.bcra.gob.ar) in accordance with point 1.2.1.2 of Section 1 of “Submission of Information to the Central Bank”. For identification of this regime, “00073” will be used for the regime code and code 00004 will be recorded for the requirement code.
48.1.2. The “RILIQUIDEZ.TXT” file will be of variable length and must be recorded taking into account what is provided in point 1.2.3.1 of Section 1 of “Submission of Information to the Central Bank”.
48.1.3. All items must be differentiated by currency of origin, using the “Currency Code” field provided in the record design and employing the coding system established in the Centralized Information Requirements System SISCEN, table T003, from which those not referenced with the SWIFT code will be excluded.
48.1.4. One record will be recorded per item and currency code, except for those items that must be integrated with more than one “Value”, for which 2 records must be reported per each currency reported (point 5.1 of the NP). Items that do not register an amount will not be recorded. Totalizing items will not be included as they will be calculated by the BCRA.
48.1.5. The “Value” field will always be integrated with “1” for each of the items to be included, except for the items indicated in the preceding point, for which two records must be recorded integrating this field with “1” and “2” simultaneously.
48.1.6. The information date will be recorded only upon transmission. To this end, the relevant application will record the date to which the data correspond, in the YYYYMMDD format, which must coincide with the last day of the month to be reported.
48.1.7. The value to be reported in the Amount field will be recorded without a sign and will correspond to the last day of the month.
