Circular to Credit Institutions on Developments in Supervisory Reporting, mainly on Reporting Pursuant to Banking Rule 23
Credit institutions must submit COVID-19 data in both Excel and XBRL formats for reference dates from September 2020 onwards via the LH Portal, using templates and CRDIV taxonomy provided by the Authority. Institutions are prohibited from altering the format, structure, or file names of the Excel templates and must ensure data consistency between the Excel and XBRL submissions. Resubmissions for September 2020 reference dates onwards require all applicable templates to be resubmitted in both formats, while resubmissions for prior dates must be submitted solely in Excel via email to the MFSA and the Central Bank of Malta.
