Circular to Credit Institutions on the 2023 Single Resolution Fund Ex-Ante Contribution Data Reporting Form
Credit institutions must complete and submit the 2023 Data Reporting Form (DRF) to enable the calculation of ex-ante contributions to the Single Resolution Fund. The submission must be made exclusively in XBRL format via the MFSA’s LH Portal by 15 January 2023. Institutions are required to report data based on the new leverage methodology under Article 429c of the CRR, and failure to provide information may result in the use of estimates or the highest risk-adjusting multiplier by the SRB.
