Circular to Credit Institutions on the 2024 Single Resolution Fund Ex-ante Contribution Data Reporting Form
Credit institutions must complete and submit the 2024 Data Reporting Form (DRF) via the MFSA’s LH Portal by 12 January 2024 to enable the calculation of Single Resolution Fund ex-ante contributions. Submissions are restricted to the XBRL format using taxonomy 090100, with a mandatory deadline of 31 December 2023 for any restatements of data from 2015 to 2022. Failure to provide the required information allows the Single Resolution Board to use estimates or assign the highest risk-adjusting multiplier. Institutions must adhere to specific XBRL and ZIP file naming conventions based on their LEI code and submission deadline.
