Circular to Credit Institutions on the 2025 Single Resolution Fund Ex-Ante Contribution Data Reporting Form

The Malta Financial Services Authority requires credit institutions to submit the 2025 Data Reporting Form for Single Resolution Fund ex-ante contributions by 10 January 2025. Institutions must exclusively use the XBRL format via the MFSA LH Portal and apply the new leverage methodology for derivatives adjustments. Failure to provide accurate data may result in the Single Resolution Board using estimates or assigning the highest risk-adjusting multiplier.
