The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago clarifies that licensees must submit returns via PGP-encrypted email accompanied by a signed, scanned letter from an authorized signatory. This letter must confirm the signatory's approval of the document and the future delivery of the hard-copy version once the pandemic situation resolves. This directive applies to financial institutions licensed under the Financial Institutions Act, 2008, and other regulated entities including insurance providers, bureaux de change, and payment system operators.
