The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago grants a ten-business-day grace period for the submission of regulatory returns by licensees and financial holding companies for three months commencing in March 2020, with a five-day grace period for the weekly CB10 report. During this period, electronic copies bearing an authorized electronic signature and submitted via PGP encryption are accepted as official submissions in lieu of signed hard copies. This directive applies to all returns listed in Appendix 1 of the circular.
