CMN Resolution No. 4610 - Defines Annual Global Limit for Credit Operations with Public Sector Entities in 2018

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on November 30, 2017, considering the provisions of Article 4, items VI and VIII, of the aforementioned Law,

R E S O L V E S:

Art. 1. Resolution No. 4,589 of June 29, 2017, shall enter into force with an Annex, as per the Annex of this Resolution.

Art. 2. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
