This resolution amends Article 1 of Resolution No. 4,782, of March 16, 2020. It stipulates that credit operation restructurings performed until September 30, 2020, are exempt from being considered an indicator for classifying an exposure as a problematic asset under specific provisions of Resolutions No. 4,557 and No. 4,606. Furthermore, these restructurings enable the immediate reversal of a problematic asset classification if it was based solely on those same provisions.
