CMN RESOLUTION NO. 5,033, OF JULY 21, 2022

Revokes normative acts of the National Monetary Council to comply with the provisions of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019.

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Art. 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on July 21, 2022, taking into account the provisions of Art. 4, item VI, of Law No. 4,595, of 1964, Arts. 4 and 14 of Law No. 4,829, of November 5, 1965, and Arts. 5 and 6 of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019,

R E S O L V E D:

Art. 1 The following are revoked:

I - Resolution No. 3,636, of November 13, 2008;

II - Resolution No. 3,679, of January 29, 2009;

III - Resolution No. 3,711, of April 16, 2009;

IV - Resolution No. 3,799, of October 16, 2009;

V - Resolution No. 3,905, of September 30, 2010; and

VI - Resolution No. 4,077, of May 4, 2012.

Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on August 1, 2022.
