The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Art. 9 of Law No. 4.595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in an extraordinary session held on September 14, 2026, considering the provisions of Art. 3, caput, items IV, VI and VII, and Art. 4, caput, items VI, VIII and X, of the aforementioned Law,
R E S O L V E S:
Art. 1 The annex to CMN Resolution No. 4995, of March 24, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on March 28, 2022, shall enter into force with the alterations contained in the annex to this Resolution.
