The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority issued this Order to define collective investment schemes under the Collective Investment Schemes Act 2008. It establishes detailed definitions for key terms and specifies arrangements that do not constitute collective investment schemes, such as those operated for commercial purposes or by employees. The Order also sets specific criteria for open-ended and closed-ended investment companies to be classified as schemes and revokes the previous 2008 definition Order.
