Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/2283 correcting the German language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 on Solvency II
The European Commission corrects specific translation errors in the German language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 supplementing the Solvency II Directive. The corrections address inaccuracies in Articles 71, 73, 104, 186, 219, 297, and 303, as well as numerous other articles and recitals, ensuring the German text aligns with the original legal intent. This Regulation enters into force the day after its publication and applies retroactively from 18 January 2015.
