Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1865 correcting the Romanian language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35

The European Commission adopted Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1865 to correct an error in the Romanian language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35, which supplements the Solvency II Directive. The correction addresses an error in Annex XVII, Part F, point 2(g) regarding the inverse meaning of a sentence. This regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
