Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/749 amending RTS on trading obligation for OTC derivatives referencing LIBOR
The European Commission amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2417 by deleting Tables 2 and 3 from its Annex. This action removes classes of over-the-counter derivatives referencing GBP LIBOR and USD LIBOR from the scope of the derivatives trading obligation under Regulation (EU) No 600/2014. The regulation enters into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
