Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1117 on information exchange between competent authorities for investment firms
The European Commission adopts regulatory technical standards specifying the type and nature of information that competent authorities of home and host Member States must exchange regarding investment firms. The regulation mandates the sharing of details on management structures, own funds, concentration and liquidity risk compliance, administrative procedures, and internal controls, with specific provisions for consolidated reporting and branch-specific notifications.
