Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1193 on regulatory technical standards for resolution plans of central counterparties
The European Commission adopted Regulation (EU) 2023/1193 to establish regulatory technical standards specifying the contents of resolution plans for central counterparties (CCPs) under Regulation (EU) 2021/23.
