Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1505 on oversight fees for critical ICT third-party service providers
The European Commission establishes the calculation and payment rules for annual oversight fees charged by the Lead Overseer to critical ICT third-party service providers under Regulation (EU) 2022/2554. Fees are determined by the Lead Overseer's estimated costs adjusted by a turnover coefficient based on audited revenues, with a minimum annual fee of EUR 50,000. Providers must pay fees in a single instalment by 30 April for those subject to oversight on 1 January, or by 31 December for those designated later in the year. A fixed opt-in fee of EUR 50,000 applies to voluntary designation requests, which is non-refundable if the request is withdrawn or rejected.
