Commission Delegated Regulations under Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 on Digital Operational Resilience for the Financial Sector Published in the EU Official Journal (Update 1)
The European Commission adopted five Commission Delegated Regulations supplementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, which were published in the EU Official Journal. These regulations specify regulatory technical standards for ICT third-party service provider contractual arrangements, ICT risk management tools and simplified frameworks, ICT incident classification criteria and materiality thresholds, criteria for designating critical ICT third-party service providers, and the calculation and payment of oversight fees. The Malta Financial Services Authority issued this circular to update Authorized Persons regarding these published standards.
