Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2765 correcting the Polish language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35
The European Commission corrects errors in the Polish language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 concerning the Solvency II framework. The corrections address the eligible amount of Tier 3 items in Article 82(1)(b) and the applicable 12-month periods in Articles 134(4), 209(3), and 218(2)(b). This regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
