Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/807 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/206 regarding immovable property exposures
The European Commission amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/206 to update references and align terminology following amendments to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. The regulation replaces the title and modifies Articles 1 through 4 to reflect renumbered paragraphs and the shift from minimum LGD values to LGD input floor values. It grants designated authorities the ability to assess risk weights and LGD floors for specific property segments or territories using alternative data sources when standard reporting is insufficient. This regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
