Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2014 laying down technical standards for information exchange in Solvency II colleges of supervisors
The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2014 to establish implementing technical standards for information exchange within Solvency II colleges of supervisors. The regulation mandates that supervisory authorities exchange information systematically at least annually and ad hoc as appropriate, using secured electronic forms and agreed time limits. It requires the group supervisor to submit an overview of exchangeable information using the template in Annex I, while other supervisory authorities and the group supervisor must submit main conclusions from the supervisory review process using the template in Annex II. The regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
