Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2451 on disclosure templates for supervisory authorities under Solvency II
The European Commission mandates that supervisory authorities disclose specific information under Directive 2009/138/EC using standardized templates and structures. Article 3 requires the use of Annex I templates for aggregate statistical data, while Article 4 specifies Annex III for information on the exercise of options. Articles 1, 2, and 5 prescribe specific headings for disclosing laws, supervisory review processes, and supervisory objectives. The regulation entered into force on 20 January 2016.
