Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1210 on the format of insider lists and their updates

The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1210 to establish standardized formats for insider lists required under Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. The regulation mandates that issuers, emission allowance market participants, and auction platforms maintain electronic insider lists using specific templates that separate permanent insiders from those with access to specific inside information. It repeals Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/347 and entered into force on 3 August 2022.
