Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2056 updating the list of relevant appropriately diversified indices
The European Commission amends the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 945/2014 by replacing the existing list of stock indices with a new set of 101 indices. This update reflects a reassessment by the European Banking Authority using 2022 data to ensure indices continue to meet the conditions for ignoring specific risk under Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. The regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
