Exchange houses, agencies, and offices must maintain minimum net worth and a guarantee of at least $100,000 (10% of capital). Guarantees may be formed via bonds, time deposits, or bank guarantees. Entities with capital shortfalls must integrate funds by 12/31/02 (up to 50% increase) or 03/31/03 (excess). Non-compliance triggers a 30-day suspension of operating authorization, potentially leading to revocation.
