Conasev Resolution No. 040-2011
The resolution authorizes the operation of Krese Sociedad Intermediaria de Valores – Sociedad Anónima Cerrada as a securities intermediary, allowing the use of the abbreviated name Krese SIV. It mandates the registration of the entity in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market and requires the establishment of a guarantee in favor of CONASEV prior to the commencement of operations.
