Conasev Resolution No. 053-2011
The resolution authorizes Faro Capital SAFI S.A. to operate as an investment fund management company and mandates its registration in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market. This authorization becomes effective the day after its publication in the official newspaper El Peruano.
