CONASEV Resolution No. 057-2011
CONASEV authorizes NCF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. (abbreviated NCF SAF S.A.) to administer mutual investment funds in securities and modifies its registration in the Public Registry of the Securities Market. The resolution mandates the company to update its corporate name and abbreviations in accordance with regulatory requirements. This authorization becomes effective the day after publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
