Conasev Resolution No. 058-2011
The resolution authorizes MBA Lazard Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. to operate as a stockbroker society and mandates its registration in the Public Registry of the Securities Market. It requires the entity to establish a guarantee in favor of CONASEV prior to commencing operations. The resolution becomes effective the day after its publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
