Consent Agreement and Order: Ages Mortgage, LLC
Ages Mortgage, LLC agrees to pay a fine of $2,900 within thirty days of the Order's effective date for violating the Mortgage Licensing Act by servicing mortgage loans without a Mortgage Servicer license. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities will issue a Mortgage Servicer license to Ages Mortgage, LLC upon the entity meeting all licensing requirements determined by the Department’s Licensing Division. The Order becomes effective on the date the Department’s Legal Division docketes it and waives Ages Mortgage, LLC’s right to a hearing or appeal regarding the terms.
