Consent Order Regarding AmeriFinancial Solutions, LLC
AmeriFinancial Solutions, LLC must pay a $10,000 civil penalty in two installments and $400 in back licensing fees to the State of Connecticut for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency between January 1, 2017, and April 12, 2018.
