The Malta Financial Services Authority proposes revisions to the Capital Markets Rules applicable to the Institutional Financial Securities Market to define the rulebook's scope, modernize and streamline rules, re-evaluate listing agents, and introduce specific provisions for sukuk. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments on these proposed amendments by email to spi_consultations@mfsa.mt no later than 8 August 2025.
