All Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs), all parties to InvITs, and all recognized stock exchanges must apply the OFS framework to InvIT units, with the trading lot matching the secondary-market lot under the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014. For private listed InvITs, the retail-investor provisions do not apply, the OFS stays open only one day (T day), and illiquid units carry a ±8-week cooling-off period. Exchanges must implement systems accordingly; this modifies Paragraph 19.2 of the December 30, 2024 Master Circular and takes effect immediately.
