Corrigendum to S.R.O. 592(I)/2023

CORRIGENDUM
In partial modification of its earlier notification S.R.O. 592(I)/2023 dated 17th May, 2023, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, is pleased to make the following amendments namely: -
In the aforesaid S.R.O.-
(1) in clause. 46, in paragraph (2), the expression, “and non-discretionary” shall be omitted; and
(2) in clause. 59, in the table, in serial no. 3, in column no. 2, the expression, “and non-discretionary” shall be omitted.
