CP23/33: Consultation on payments to data providers and DRSP forms including Policy Statement for the framework for UK consolidated tape (CP23/15)
The Financial Conduct Authority publishes final rules and guidance for a UK consolidated tape for bond market data, with rules due to take effect on 5 April 2024. The document consolidates requirements for Approved Publication Arrangements and Approved Reporting Mechanisms within the FCA Handbook. It also initiates a consultation on payments from the bond consolidated tape provider to trading venues and approved publication arrangements to cover connection costs, with comments requested by 9 February 2024. Additionally, the authority proposes changes to authorisation and other forms for Data Reporting Services Providers to reflect new provisions.
