CSSF Circular 21/771: Application of ESMA Guidelines on Prospectus Regulation Disclosure Requirements
The CSSF integrates the ESMA Guidelines on disclosure requirements under the Prospectus Regulation into its administrative practices and regulatory approach. Market participants, including persons responsible for a prospectus, must comply with these guidelines, which apply from 5 May 2021. The guidelines provide guidance on information to be supplied in the prospectus under certain items of the Annexes to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/980 to promote consistency across the Union.
