CSSF Regulation No 16-15 on the Setting of the Countercyclical Buffer Rate for the First Quarter of 2017
The countercyclical buffer rate applicable to relevant exposures located in Luxembourg remains at 0% for the first quarter of 2017. This regulation enters into force on 1 January 2017 and is published in the Mémorial and on the website of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
