The countercyclical buffer rate applicable to relevant exposures located in Luxembourg remains set at 0.50% for the first quarter of 2023. This rate applies to Luxembourg risk-weighted assets and is based on indicators documented in Annex 1, including a credit-to-GDP ratio of 100.1% and a gap of -5.8% in the third quarter of 2022. The regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
